WHO we are
Jafar Tiyar | Director
With an academic background in chemistry, biology and psychology, Jafar started his career in the life sciences industry in 2004, working in clinical research and quality assurance.​
Naturally very "techy", Jafar was always frustrated by the limitations of the legacy systems from the 80's and 90's that were still very commonplace in the early 2000's. They essentially created a stranglehold on businesses as old and inefficient processes could not be updated because the corresponding systems used to implement those processes could not be easily updated. The end result was a stifling of innovation, and of the potential of people.

After working in the industry for 10 years to resolve these issues, Jafar founded Reidale in 2014 to bring these solutions to other organisations.

Driton
Head | Process Solutions
Driton's passion is optimising business operations and driving efficiency. He has a keen eye for identifying areas of improvement, a collaborative approach, and a problem-solving mindset.
Driton works closely with our clients to streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity.
His expertise span across process mapping, data analysis, and change management, enabling our clients to implement sustainable solutions that deliver measurable results.
Rebecca
Head | System Solutions
Rebecca's focus is on helping our clients supercharge their output and productivity by enhancing and optimising their systems through automation and integration.​

With a background in manufacturing quality systems, Rebecca designs tailored solutions for our clients, as well as improving the configuration of existing off the shelf systems. Rebecca works closesly with Umme and Driton in implementing strategies that align systems with the people using them and the process they're designed to implement.

From London to the World! Strategically Located for 24 Hour Support
We are headquartered in London, but our team are based around the world. Wherever they are located, our team works on one of three time zones: London, San Francisco, or Perth.
As each time zone is 8 hours from the other, this allows our team to handover critical work from one office to the other, allowing true 24 hour support for our clients.
